I love this website and even more the customer service behind it all!
I initially found Emily’s Collection because they offered the best prices anywhere online for what I was looking for-a hand knit Blaba mobile and hat for our baby boy that is due any minute.
When a small issue came up with a product on back-order-Jennifer handled the situation perfectly.
I was sent very detailed emails regarding my order status throughout the process. When my order arrived, enclosed was a hand-written note-just amazing!!!
I truly look forward to future purchases with Emily’s Collection-their customer service alone sets them apart from competitors!
